Fabrice a été très attentionné et serviable. Ce fut un énorme plaisir de séjourner ici, j'espère revenir un jour. 💙
Ce logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Le quartier est tranquille et tout est à proximité (commerces, métro, restaurants, château de Vincennes, bois de Vincennes...). Je recommande vivement, le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
Appartement très propre et très bien situé dans un quartier calme. Fabrice est très réactif. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour.
Je remercie infiniment Mr Fabrice pour sont accueil, un très beau logement chaleureux, tout est fonctionnel, proche tout commerce, L'hôte est très réactif respectueux et serviable, c'était impeccable rien a dire!! Je recommande je reviendrai...
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, petit logement sûr pour un voyageur en solo ou un couple. Je le recommanderais à un ami.
C'est un endroit fortement recommandé, il est en bon état, près du métro et pour le prix il est très bon.

Fabrice a été très serviable et le logement était propre et disposait de tout le nécessaire ! Le métro était à proximité et l'appartement se sentait en sécurité et confortable. Rien n'était surprenant car tout était très clair dans la description.
Petit appartement avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre voyage, et proche des stations de métro pour être dans le centre de Paris en peu de temps. J'ai également apprécié le quartier calme et agréable de Vincennes et son château et sa forêt.
Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bien situé, transport et commerces à proximité.
En terme de communication, nous n'avons pas vu Fabrice, mais il nous a transmis toutes les informations avant et pendant notre séjour et était facilement joignable.

Enjoyed my stay. Good connection to public transport, fast in paris. a bit noisy here and there, earplugs did the job, so no big deal. appartment had everything you need for a comfy stay. can definitely recommend!

Really nice host and really helpful too. It was too warn weather and we required a fan. He bought new fan for us. Apartment is in really nice condition, we really enjoyed our stay there. There was almost everything in the apartment what we required during our stay.

The place itself is bigger than the photos, it as also clean. Only thing that it was lacking was a big mirror apart from the small one in the bathroom. But everything was good. I left some stuff in the apartment and asked him if he could send them to me but he didnt respond.

It was a very nice place and there was a supermarket. The train station was easy to reach and Fabrice was a nice host!

Simple apartment 5 minutes walk from Saint Denis train station. Check in was all good and Fabrice is friendly.

Fabrice was kind and helpful, the place was clean, and it was a good location for my wife and I to explore Paris from. The local area was interesting too, with many cultures present.
